Technical Nuggets: Two pick and roll concepts |

I would like to highlight two concepts in this video: 1) When the defender passes behind the first screen in the pick and roll, the center immediately places another block. 2) When the defender is forced to pass above the screen due to the fact that the second block is closer to the basket, the cut by the center towards the basket (roll) is very fast, straight under the basket without stopping in the middle. At that point, the center can receive a bounce pass by the player with the ball, which allows him to make a high percentage shot. |
