Hi Luca, what a surprise! What we do is, we always set for an offensive rebound one small and one big player and when the second shot leaves the hand of the opponent we create a pick of the small player for the big one, so allowing him to rebound.
Practically they exchange position: the big player gets a blind screen and moves to the original position of the small player, although the small one after the pick stays and rebounds on that side.
